If the pressure in the fumigation furnace is too high, the product will heat up rapidly, which is likely to reduce the product quality. Smoke furnace steam pressure adjustment through smoke furnace solenoid valve front valve control;
5. The temperature at the center of the product is sensed by the temperature probe at the tip of the fumigation furnace, which is usually inserted into the product; The temperature in the fumigation furnace is induced by the temperature probe of the round head, which can be naturally sagged inside the fumigation furnace;
6. In case of emergency, press the "emergency stop" switch on the panel of the fumigation furnace, and then open the fumigation furnace after troubleshooting;
7. After daily work, the fumigation furnace equipment should be cleaned. When the fumigation furnace is cleaned, the furnace door should be closed and the fumigation furnace cleaning valve should be opened (click "high-pressure valve" and "fan high-speed" in "test function" at the same time to raise the internal temperature of the fumigation furnace to improve the cleaning effect of the fumigation furnace); The cleaning inside the fumigation furnace can be wiped with alkaline solvent; Zhucheng mingwei food machinery co., LTD.
8. After all the work is finished, check again whether there is any foreign matter in the fumigation furnace and whether there is open fire in the fumigation furnace. Turn off the power supply, compressed gas, steam and tap water of the fumigation furnace after all the inspections are completed.
